Every puppy is placed with a written contract that protects the puppy, you, and us. Here's a summary of what it covers.

Reserving your puppy

  • A non-refundable reservation deposit of [amount] holds your place, paid securely through Good Dog
  • The remaining balance is due [when — e.g. before or at pickup]

Health & care

  • The puppy is sold in good health, backed by our health guarantee
  • You agree to a veterinary exam within [time frame] and to ongoing, responsible care
  • [Spay/neuter terms for pet homes, and timing]

Our commitments & yours

  • Pet puppies are placed on a [pet / non-breeding] basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • If you can ever no longer keep your dog, it must come back to us — never a shelter
  • We remain available for guidance for the life of your dog
