What the contract covers
Our Buyer/Seller Contract records the seller's and buyer's information and your puppy's details — registration (AKC or CKC), full or limited, name, date of birth, and sex — along with the terms we both agree to.
Health guarantee
Your puppy is sold in good health, vet-examined, with its first 5-in-1 vaccine and routine deworming, and is backed by our one-year congenital health guarantee. The full details are on our health guarantee page.
General agreement terms
- We can't guarantee a puppy's mature size — we give honest estimates only.
- If you ever must rehome your puppy, you agree to contact us first.
- Your puppy will never be relinquished to any animal shelter facility.
Parvo acknowledgement
Our contract also includes a Parvovirus education and acknowledgement section, so every family understands how to protect their new puppy during the vaccination period. You'll find the full wording in the downloadable contract and on our health page.
